Christian Lincoln-Smith

Christian began his Real Estate career in Property Management in 1986 in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. Within a year, he progressed to Residential Sales. In 1989 he obtained his Real Estate Licence and also bought his first property in Bondi. As Owner/Builder he oversaw a total rebuild and resold it the following year. In the early 90s, he cut his teeth in Commercial Real Estate for First National Commercial in Sydney’s CBD, where he specialised in Development Sites, Hotel Conversions, Industrial and Commercial Sales. He also worked extensively with the Public Trustee in Bankruptcy conducting auctions on a wide range of properties across Sydney.

In 2000 he Co-Founded a Development Finance Company offering Private and Institutional 1st Mortgages and Mezzanine Finance. In 2013 he sold out of that company to concentrate on managing an Industrial, Residential and Land Subdivision Family Property Portfolio. Christian has an extensive network of High-Net-Worth Individuals, many of them personal friends and takes pride in his honest, discreet and unblemished reputation.
