Phillip Prassas knows real estate.
He has worked in the real estate industry for over 30 years. He has gained invaluable experience and recognition winning numerous sales and management awards with Colliers International.
During his 30 year career in the property industry, Phillip has specialised in capital transactions, redevelopments, management and asset performance.
His career culminated with a 10 year directorship with Colliers International, and subsequently established Wavegrow trading as PRDnationwide Chatswood Commercial /Retail office.
Previously the Managing Director and owner of PCC, Phillip’s vision is to provide specialised personal advice to his current and new clients with his team of highly qualified property specialists. Phillip has leased over 900,000sqm of office and retail space through his career and been responsible through his directorship roles for portfolios as large as 48 shopping centres and Commercial buildings over 650,000sqm in lettable area.
Phillip holds a NSW Real Estate Licence, Corporation Licence, Auctioneers Licence and Justice of the Peace Certification.
