Osman Omar has been involved in the Industrial & Commercial property market since 1999. Commencing his career in sales, leasing and property management with M.J Davis Real Estate, Osman was mainly involved in transactions of medium and large buildings, subdivisions, along with his involvement in Design and Construction projects along the South Western Corridor.
Boasting over 23 years of real estate experience and an impeccable client list of high net wealth individuals and corporates, Osman established his own agency Industrial Zone Real Estate in 2010. Osman built a successful business from the ground up and has a reputation as being a market leader and dominant force in the South West.
Osmans’ hard work was rewarded when he was nominated as a Finalist for the Arab Australian Business Awards in March 2012. Also awarded Excellence in Business Growth Strategies in 2014 and many more.
