Jacqueline brings over 14 years of diverse real estate experience across residential, project marketing, and now commercial property, where she currently serves as Head of Operations and Executive Assistant to Daniel O’Brien, CEO of X Commercial. In her dual role, she plays a key part in driving operational efficiency across the business while providing high-level executive support, ensuring the seamless day-to-day running of the company.
Known for her strong communication skills and approachable nature, Jacqueline builds lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment. She is passionate about creating systems and processes that enhance productivity, improve service delivery, and support the continued growth of the business.
Jacqueline’s career highlights include being awarded the Business Systems Operator of the Year for NSW/ACT in 2014, recognising her ability to implement and manage effective operational frameworks.
