Andrew Nadinic is an experienced commercial property and development professional with more than 20 years’ experience spanning commercial real estate, acquisitions, development strategy, construction and project delivery. Throughout his career, Andrew has worked across the complete property lifecycle, from identifying and acquiring sites to assessing development potential, undertaking feasibility analysis, navigating planning requirements, structuring transactions, securing tenants and delivering completed projects.

His experience encompasses commercial, industrial, retail, large-format retail, service station, mixed-use and residential assets. Andrew’s extensive development and construction background provides a valuable point of difference. Having held building licences in Queensland and other Australian jurisdictions for approximately 20 years, he brings a practical understanding of project design, approvals, construction costs, delivery risks and development timeframes. This enables Andrew to evaluate commercial property beyond its current use, identifying opportunities for repositioning, subdivision, redevelopment, alternate uses and long-term value creation. He understands both the commercial drivers of a transaction and the practical considerations involved in successfully delivering a development.
