Boasting over 30 years of real estate experience and an impeccable client list of high net wealth individuals and corporates, David established his own agency DB Property in 1998. David built a successful business from the ground up and has a reputation as being a market leader and dominant force in the City Fringe. There is no other agency that knows the Sydney City Fringe commercial market better than they do.
David has a Bachelor of Business in Land Economics and is a Licensed Real Estate Agent. David specialises in sales and leasing and has a track record second to none in sales over one million in the area.
David’s enthusiasm, honest advice, knowledge of the market and understanding of the sales process has won him a loyal client following. A clear concise communicator, driven by results David is known as the "problem solver". He is known to have an intelligent, strategic mind with a reputation as a highly skilled negotiator.
