X Commercial Inner North Brisbane is pleased to welcome Shauna Brix as Brand & Operations Manager, bringing over seven years of dedicated property marketing experience across commercial, development, residential, retail, and tourism.
Shauna holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Marketing, from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT). She built her expertise through senior marketing roles at some of Queensland’s most respected ASX listed and private property groups.
In her new role with X Commercial, Shauna will lead brand direction, campaign execution and day-to-day operations for the Inner North Brisbane office ensuring every listing, report and client touchpoint reflects the calibre of service the X Commercial network is known for. Her cross-sector experience gives her a rare, well-rounded command of property marketing at every stage of the campaign lifecycle.
