Kristian Nel

Kristian began his career in Brisbane at a commercial buyers’ agency, advising clients on building wealth through strategic commercial property investments. He later joined Burgess Rawson, where he became a specialist across childcare, investment sales, development sites and industrial assets.

Kristian’s office was responsible for more than 95% of all childcare transactions in the ACT and over 60% of service station transactions, cementing their reputation as a market leader in highly competitive, specialised asset classes.

Kristian is now part of X Commercial in South Sydney, working directly with the CEO, Daniel O’Brien, to service clients across sales, leasing, acquisitions, tenant and development advisory. He brings a direct, commercial-first approach focused on outcomes, execution and long-term value.
