Hayden started his real estate career in 2023 after moving away from full time professional soccer, with a career spanning 10+ years and 8 of them being in Europe. He started at a small boutique firm in Melbourne’s Northwest and has quickly evolved to specialise & become an expert in the commercial mixed-use space with regards to retail transactions encompassing LFR, QSR, fuel, childcare & shopping centres. Leveraging his connections across various industries, he has built an impressive knowledge & network in these areas to be able to deliver incredible value & benefits to his clients.
Originally from Sydney & after spending 2 years playing professional soccer in Perth, he now is based in Melbourne. Growing up in Sydney & living in Perth allows Hayden to understand those markets, along with Victoria, and recognise opportunities nationally & pass these insights onto clients for them to capitalise on.
He is skilled in networking, deal origination and finding value and opportunity where others can't. This unwavering drive & desire comes from his soccer career where he created a lot of openings for himself in multiple countries. He has now brought those skills to the commercial property industry & combined with his innately curious character & pursuit of knowledge, he is constantly informed of market conditions & potential opportunities.
Merging his ambition to succeed with our expanding network and capabilities at Xcommercial, Hayden will take on the role of Manager, retail sales & leasing, to help us evolve & recognise the groups vision to become a major national agency. We are excited to bring him on board.
