With a diverse professional background spanning multiple industries, Harry brings a unique blend of experience, adaptability and insight to the City Fringe team.

Originally from the UK, Harry began his career early, leaving school at 16 to pursue studies in Business and Accountancy at college in Bath. He soon transitioned into the world of auctions, taking on a role at his local auction house where he specialised in antiques and collectibles. By the age of 19, he was already leading auctions as an auctioneer.

Harry later entered the real estate industry as a Residential Sales Agent in Portsmouth, where he quickly rose to become the top-performing agent in his office. With a growing passion for the commercial sector and a keen interest in high-growth markets, he made the move to Sydney to focus on commercial real estate in the dynamic city fringe.

Harry is especially excited about the transformation underway in Sydney’s inner suburbs.

“The city fringe is obviously undergoing so many different upgrades at the moment. We have the Atlassian building going up around the corner, the new tech precinct along with billions of dollars being ploughed into public transport that is all flowing through Central Station. Smart investors are recognising the potential. It's a prime opportunity to get in ahead of the curve, and I'm passionate about helping businesses and individuals capitalise on that.”

Attentive and responsive
