After a remarkable career spanning the last 45 years, Mr Russell has joined X Commercial. Graeme has joined X Commercial as a Non-Executive Director and Board Member to mentor the agency teams and further drive its expansion plans throughout Australia.
Mr Russell spent the last 5 years as Partner of Institutional Sales at Knight Frank, before that he was at Savills for 4 years where he was the highest National fee earner consistently. Previously Mr Russell spent 26 years at CBRE where he played the roles of Executive or Senior Managing Director of NSW, Queensland, Western Australia, ACT, South Australia, and New Zealand.
Graeme said his initial efforts in the current role would be spent mentoring and helping the current X Commercial Agency teams. Then helping the leadership team implementing the techniques that have worked so successfully in building large commercial agencies across multiple states and territories across the country.
“There’s just a huge opportunity to take what Daniel and his team have done with X Commercial and really capitalise on their agency model and start recruiting new offices and talent for their existing offices.” he said.
