Grant brings close to a decade of specialist commercial real estate experience. His track record spans investment sales and development site advisory across large format retail, specialty retail, childcare, service stations, industrial and medical and allied health assets, working with private investors, family offices, developers and owner-occupiers throughout South-East Queensland.

We’re also pleased to expand our service offering to include commercial property management across South-East Queensland. Our property management services are designed to protect asset value, optimise investment performance and deliver confidence for property owners through proactive management, strong tenant relationships and a focus on long-term asset performance. Backed by our local market knowledge and broader commercial real estate expertise, we provide clients with a comprehensive approach to managing and maximising the value of their commercial property investments.

Alongside Grant, Shauna Brix joins X Commercial’s Inner North Brisbane office as Brand & Operations Manager, bringing over eight years of property marketing expertise across commercial and retail projects, development, and residential sectors to lead the office’s brand direction and operations.
