X Commercial is proud to announce the opening of X Commercial Inner North Brisbane, our first Queensland office and an important new chapter in the continued growth of our national network.
Led by experienced commercial property professional Grant Brix, the new office will service Brisbane’s Inner North and the broader South-East Queensland market, providing specialist advice across commercial investment sales, development opportunities, leasing and asset strategy.
Grant brings close to a decade of commercial real estate experience and an established track record across large-format retail, specialty retail, childcare, service stations, medical and allied health assets. Throughout his career, he has advised private investors, family offices, developers and owner-occupiers across a diverse range of transactions.
The decision to join X Commercial represents the next stage of growth for Grant and his team, combining their strong local market knowledge and established client relationships with the reach, resources and collective expertise of the wider X Commercial network.
