We are excited to announce the opening of X Commercial South Brisbane, our second Queensland office and another important step in the continued growth of our network across Australia and New Zealand.
The new office will be led by Andrew Nadinic, an experienced property, construction and development professional with more than 20 years of industry experience.
Andrew’s background spans the complete property lifecycle, including site identification and acquisition, development assessment, planning, construction, leasing and project delivery. This practical experience will allow the South Brisbane office to provide clients with insight that considers both the current position and future potential of their commercial property.

The launch follows the recent opening of X Commercial Inner North Brisbane, led by Managing Director Grant Brix.
Together, our South Brisbane and Inner North Brisbane offices will provide stronger local coverage across Brisbane and South East Queensland. The teams will collaborate by sharing market intelligence, referrals, buyer and tenant requirements, resources and specialist expertise.
